On Sunday July 9th we had a very large benefit planned for outside. Plinke Rentals came over to the site on Saturday July 8th and set up a 20’ x 30’ tent for us to use plus tables for our basket raffle and a few chairs for our volunteers. On Sunday, the day of the benefit, the weather they were calling for could not have been worse: they were calling for torrential downpours through the afternoon and it did rain off and on all afternoon. Plinke Rentals showed up the morning of the benefit before it started and offered to put sides on 3 sides of the tent. The benefit did happen despite the rain and we were able to raise a lot of money. Many people showed up to support us. Plinke Rentals was great; they anticipated our needs and came to the rescue. I’m not sure what we would have done without their tent, tables and a few chairs.
I recently had a “tent emergency” for my son’s graduation party. The tent we had booked was not going to work with our backyard set up. I contacted Plinke Rentals and they got back to me immediately. Here’s the twist — they also did not have the tent size available that we needed. BUT, instead of wishing me luck, they gave me the name and number of another tent company — this company did have the tent we needed and all was well. Thank you to Plinke Rentals for their first-rate service.
It was our good fortune to have a Plinke Rental’s tent to keep us out of the rain at our backyard party. The install and take-down were prompt and courteous, and the crew showed much respect for the property and the homeowners’ wishes. We wholeheartedly recommend Plinke Rentals for your event.
